Your website content (Why can't Google search my website?)

A quick search with Google can find that "SEO" is definitely a popular search. Everyone wants to know how their content can be seen by more readers; and various courses/tutorials are also targeted at SEO topics. But for newly established websites, you must first confirm that your website/newly published content has been included by Google before learning SEO.

Why should we confirm these two things first?
A quick search with Google can find that "SEO" is definitely a popular search. Everyone wants to know how their content can be seen by more readers; and various courses/tutorials are also targeted at SEO topics.

But for newly established websites, you must first confirm that your website/newly published content has been included by Google before learning SEO. If it has not been included at all, even if SEO is super strong, it will not be seen by people (it will not be searched at all)

This is also likely to be the reason why many bloggers found that there was no click-through rate at all when they first started writing; or even if they had applied for Google AdSense, they had almost no income in the previous period.

First confirm whether your website has been included in Google Search
Type the following search sentence on Google search, if you can find your website, it has been included.

site:https://xxxxx.xxx (own webpage name)

For example, my website verification is site:https://www.topeval.com; or it is ok to type site:www.topeval.com (pay attention to site: no spaces after it)

If you find that your website has not yet been indexed by Google

Go to the following Google Search Console to get started

https://search.google.com/search-console/welcome

1. Google Domain Name Ownership Verified
To verify that I am the owner of my website, I first log in to the google account that I applied for the website for myself

Then enter your domain in the bottom left

Then the following screen will appear DNS Configuration TXT

Choose the right verification type in your own way

After entering the verification at the beginning, there will be a prompt that has not passed, and after about 10 minutes, a green tick will be displayed indicating that the verification is successful. Ownership is verified successfully.

2. Let Google include newly published articles/webpages
After the owner verification of Domain Name is completed, you may still find your newly posted webpages (for example, I mainly post articles), and it may take several days and several weeks for Google to automatically index.

You can submit a sitemap in Google Search Console. But if there are not many pages, you can do it like my single link submission below.

First enter the website you want to verify

I first log in to the google account on the application page, and after the ownership is automatically verified, click: Go to Property

Then type a webpage on the search bar above, it will display: URL is not on Google (If you are already on Google, you don’t need to submit this step)

Click on Request Indexing at the bottom right of URL is not on Google

Then Indexing requested is waiting for Google’s review and approval.

After being included in Google, a letter will be sent to notify the owner that they can start to monitor the google search traffic

You can also see the data in Google Search Console
