This is a healthy dish where you eat the chickpeas with the broth it is cooked in.
- Dried chickpeas
- Olive Oil
- Baking Soda
- Put in chickpeas inside the instantpot and fill enough water to cover the chickpeas by 1/2"
- Put in a teaspoon of baking soda
- Release pressure and slow cook for 30 minutes
- Let instant pot natural release
- Add salt and olive oil to taste
